We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
6When will I receive my refund? ⌄
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect? ⌄
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
